Worst online shopping experience I have ever had: paid for phone case with express shipping. It arrived after 1+ month, only because I got Afterpay involved. Atmeco were uncontactable - I tried different avenues of social media, which were always ignored and their email address bounces every email back. So deeply disappointing to have such a dodgy, immoral company who cost me more money and time than the case itself, which I asked be refunded and not sent - this too was ignored and the case (which I now have no use for) was sent anyway. Waste of carbon, waste of time, waste of energy. A particular let down when I was excited to support a small, locally based company with an environmental focus. Haven’t ever dealt with a company who blatantly take your money, don’t send you the goods/service you’ve paid for and have zero means of contact. Dodgy, disappointing, don’t bother.
