Broken iphone case
I want to reduce my plastic use and I have previous purchased iphone cases from atmeco and they were great and long lasting. However my recent purchase was poor - the cases arrived cracked in the post and further deteriorated soon after. I emailed atmeco to ask for replacements or a refund by I had no response. I want to support this company but I am unhappy with this product and the level of service.
AustraliaTo be perfectly honest the whole thing was a bit disappointing. It took 3-4weeks to receive the item (to sydney) once ordered which i did the same day i bought my new phone. i emailed twice about this because it said australia postage 5-7days and i thought this would be much faster and less environmental impact than buying from an overseas company. the first email bounced i.e.g incorrect email is listed on your website and check out system. the other enquiry from the website pro forma thing was never answered. in the month i spent waiting for a phone case refusing to buy a $5 plastic one from kmart that is bad for the environment my phone screen got a crack in it. since receiving it, the case has cracked near the buttons on either side within 1 week of use when taking the case on/off. i think the product is too stiff to handle being stretched on/off. similar products from the USA that i have used before do not do this. so all together i now have a cracked phone screen and a cracked case that took a month to receive with poor customer service. i have spent $50 instead of $5 and am questioning whether it was really worth being environmentally friendly on this purchase. next time i will buy from an overseas company and try not to imagine the fossil fuels being burnt to ship it here. i really wanted your team and product to be a success but it just was not to be.
